Reality Check: Did the US Senate just give away your right to due process?



Ignoring a Presidential veto threat, the Democratic-controlled Senate overwhelmingly approved a massive, $662 billion defense bill that would require the military to hold suspected terrorists linked to al-Qaeda or its affiliates.
But this bill would also allow the President to detain even U.S. citizens without trial.
President Obama has said he will veto it, but will he?
